A holistic and integrated harmony of sacramental entheogenic shamanic medicine, incorporating somatic touch and inner wisdom guidance within a specialized state of consciousness. These trauma-informed and therapeutically-attuned sessions are provided as standalone sessions, and as part of single or multi-season developmental arcs. An aftercare and integration call is included.
Preparation
No food for 4 hours before. Wear loose, warm clothing. Bring a journal. Schedule the aftercare call within 1 to 2 weeks of the session.
