A holistic integrated harmony of sacramental entheogenic shamanic medicine in a full-day single-person container. Includes pre-session orientation, the daylong immersion itself, and an aftercare integration call. This is the deepest single-session work I offer.

Preparation

No food for 8 hours before. Plan to be off-grid for the day and to rest the day after. Wear loose, warm clothing. Bring a journal. Schedule the aftercare call within 1 to 2 weeks.
